Metco 50141A is a powder blend of 55% monocrystalline and cast tungsten carbide as the hardphase with 45% NiCrBSi matrix. It is designed to be applied using spray and fuse welding. Properly applied, deposits are crack-free with good impact and low-stress abrasion resistance. Metco 50141A is sustainably produced with significantly lower carbon dioxide emissions than conventional carbides with a lower cost variance associated with fluctuating metal markets.
