Woka 53045 is a 70:30 blend of cast tungsten carbide and a nickel-based, self-fluxing matrix. Woka 53045 should be selected for applications where erosion and/or abrasion resistance is the main concern, and fair impact resistance is sufficient. The matrix alloy contains significant chromium content that enhances corrosion resistance. It can be used on mild steels, stainless steels, heat-treatable steels and nickel-based substrates. Apply Woka 53045 via spray and fuse powder welding.
