Metco 51151B is a powder consisting of a hardphase of tungsten carbide and diamond with a NiCrBSi matrix. The composition provides exceptionally high hardness, high elastic modulus and chemically inert particles within a carefully designed composite that provides groundbreaking performance. Deposits consistently and continuously provide a bearing surface to the wearing media with up to 1000% improvement in abrasion resistance compared to conventional tungsten carbide-based hardface deposits.
