Woka 56006 is a 60:40 blend of cast tungsten carbide and a nickel-based, self-fluxing matrix. Woka 56006 overlays offer good abrasive wear resistance in combination with corrosion and impact resistance. It is possible to produce crack-free deposits using laser cladding or PTA processes. It can be used on mild steels, stainless steels, heat-treatable steels and nickel-based substrates. It is recommended for application via laser cladding or spray and fuse powder welding and acceptable using PTA.
