Amdry 103 is a nickel-based braze filler metal that is a blend of Amdry 100 and a non-melting filler material. It is designed for wide gap applications where AWS Bni-5 or AMS 4782 may not be appropriate. Joints of Amdry 103 offer excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance with good ductility and joint strength. Braze Amdry 103 in a vacuum or dry hydrogen furnace. Amdry 103 is available as a powder, but may be purchased in paste or customized tape upon request.
