Amdry 8670 is a nickel-based superalloy powder with a composition similar to that of MarM-247. It is designed to be blended with a braze filler metal, such as an activated diffusion alloy. Amdry 8670 does not melt during the brazing process as it is designed to form a matrix within the braze joint that is metallurgically compatible with the substrate material.
