Amdry DF-3-325 is a nickel-based, diffusion braze alloy designed for restoration and repair of nickel- or cobalt-based superalloy components. It has a finer particle size distribution compared to Amdry DF-3. When blended with a compatible filler powder. Joints provide very good ductility with excellent strength, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance. Its low viscosity allows it to be used to repair tight, deep cracks. Braze Amdry DF-3 in a vacuum or dry hydrogen atmosphere.
