Metco 7010 is a chromium-free, self-fluxing alloy for use in applications requiring high toughness and ductility with very good fluidity and wetting behavior. It is useful for both mild corrosion applications and buildup of worn parts. Blend with tungsten carbide to provide a wear-resistant coating with a tough matrix for applications impact resistance is needed . Application using PTA and finishing with diamond grinding is recommended. It has a fused hardness of approximately HRC 25 to 30.
