Metco 8102 is a wire product with a composition similar to Stellie 12 that can be applied using arc welding processes such as GMAW or GTAW. Deposits exhibit high resistance to abrasion, low-angle erosion and sliding wear, while providing good resistance to impact and cavitation. It is recommended to run against a mating surface coated with Metco 8101. f Metco 8101. It can be used when a hard surface is needed up to 700 °C (1290 °F).
