Woka 50001 is fused and crushed tungsten carbide designed to be the hard phase constituent of a wear-resistant surface that is blended with the customer's self-fluxing alloy or used as a filler material for rods, wires, electrodes applications. Overlays containing Woka 50001 have excellent abrasive resistance in harsh environments and can tolerate some impact stress. Woka 50001 is acceptable for application using laser cladding when a fine carbide size is desired or for spray and fuse welding.
