Woka 50009 is fused and crushed tungsten carbide designed to be the hard phase constituent of a wear-resistant surface that is blended with the customer's self-fluxing alloy or used a filler material for rods, wires, electrodes applications. Overlays containing Woka 50009 have excellent abrasive resistance in harsh environments and can tolerate some impact stress. It is acceptable for PTA application when a fine carbide is desired, and recommended for laser cladding or spray and fuse welding.
