Woka 50101 is a fully carburized, thermodynamically stable, mono tungsten carbide (MTC) with a hardness of 1600 to 2100 HV0.1. Use it as a hardphase constituent in a blend with a self-fluxing alloy or as a filler material for rods, electrodes, etc. Overlays containing Woka 50101 have high abrasive wear resistance with fair impact resistance and ductility. It is recommended for application via laser cladding or PTA. Application via spray and fuse powder welding is also acceptable.
