Woka 50105 is a fully carburized, thermodynamically stable, mono tungsten carbide (MTC) with a hardness of 1600 to 2100 HV0.1. Use it as a hard phase constituent in a blend with a self-fluxing alloy or as a filler material for rods, electrodes, etc. Overlays containing Woka 50105 offer strong abrasive wear resistance with fair impact resistance and ductility. Blends containing Woka 50105 are recommended for application using laser cladding or spray and fuse welding.
