Woka 50107 is a fully carburized, thermodynamically stable, mono tungsten carbide (MTC) with a hardness of 1600 to 2100 HV0.1. Use it as a hardphase constituent in a blend with a self-fluxing alloy or as a filler material for rods, electrodes, etc. Overlays containing Woka 50107 have high abrasive wear resistance with fair impact resistance and ductility. It is recommended for application via PTA or oxy-acetylene welding, SMAW or GTAW. It is acceptable for application via laser cladding or GMAW.
