Woka 50505 is tungsten carbide - cobalt pellets (CTCP) that can be blended with a self-fluxing alloy. It offers excellent impact resistance and good erosion and abrasion resistance. Woka 50505 has a hardness of 1400 to 1600 HV0.1. It undergoes a second sintering step to further densify the particles and reduce the potential for dissolution during application. It is recommended for applications using laser cladding or spray and fuse welding, and acceptable for applications using PTA or GMAW.
