WokaDur NiA is nickel wire coated with cast tungsten carbide (CTC) and a nickel-alloy matrix. It is designed for application using oxy-acetylene welding with excellent flow and wetting. It can be used for hardfacing or buildup on all types of steel substrates but is not recommended for use on manganese steel or cast iron. The carbide hardness ranges from 2000 to 2300 HV0.1. Use for applications in markets such as oil and gas, food and chemical processing, brick manufacturing.
